By using our website or booking a stay with Signatious Hotel & Suites, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Payments:
– All reservations are subject to availability
– We do not accept cash payments. Accepted methods:
  – POS (on-site card payment)
  – Online via our secure portal: www.signatious.com/payments
  – Direct bank transfer to GTBank – 0148418326

2. Cancellations:
– Cancel up to 72 hours before check-in for a full refund
– Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior will incur a one-night charge
– Event space cancellations must follow the specific event policy

3. Check-in / Check-out:
– Check-in: 1 PM – 7 PM
– Check-out: 12 Noon
Late check-out is based on availability and may incur additional charges

4. Guest Code of Conduct:
– No smoking in indoor areas
– No pets allowed
– Respect other guests and staff at all times

5. Website Use:
– Content is for informational use only
– Unauthorized reproduction, extraction, or modification is prohibited

6. Liability:
– We are not responsible for unattended items
– We are not liable for interruptions caused by external events (weather, government actions, etc.)

7. Policy Changes:
